- Do we have parking?
Free Parking can be found on the outer perimeter of Downtown at the Gardens and in the four-level parking garage behind The Cheesecake Factory on the East side.
Valet Parking
There are three Valet Parking areas located at the South, West and East entrances of Downtown at the Gardens.
Handicap Access
Downtown offers Handicap Parking, special ramp access and a handicap accessible glass elevator to make your trip here as comfortable as possible.
- Do I need a reservation?
No. Cool Beans offers open play every day.
- What is Supervised Play?
Parents may enjoy the Café while children are in the Playground IF:
- Child is 2 years old or older and/or can play and climb independently
- Child is happy - If a crying child cannot be consoled, the parent/guardian will take child out of the Playground
- They obey supervisors instructions - after 2 warnings, child will be asked to “take a break” with parent. Parent/guardian will be notified of any child’s misbehavior. Cool Beans™ staff reserves the right to deny access to any child as a result of continued behavior problems.
- Do we have classes?
Yes. At Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe, we offer a number of classes and weekly events for both kids and adults. Be sure to check our Calendar for upcoming event & class schedules and our Classes section for details.
- If I buy a pass in the morning, can I come back in the afternoon?
Yes. Your pass is good for all day play in our playground.
- Can I bring food/drink into the playspace?
Please enjoy your food and beverages in the Café area ONLY. No food is allowed in the playground at anytime and, for your safety, please no outside food or beverages.
